If you participate in our contest we will ask you for some personal data to process your submission. Such data includes:

3. Why do we use your data?
We process your personal data to evaluate whether your submission is fit for winning in our contest. After the 20th of December 2019, we together with jury will process all submissions. We rely on the performance of a contract as a legal basis for personal data processing when we evaluate and process your submissions.
We rely on legitimate interest as a legal ground for processing, when we use your data for analytical purposes, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions and other processing activities which do not override your rights and freedoms. If we use consent as a legal basis for processing, you will always have a choice to opt-out from any processing activity which relies on a consent. 8. Policy towards minors
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to send any personal data about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under age 18, we will delete that data.
